Information You Submit
Terms Entered in Search
A name, place, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the independent provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the query under its own policy. Breathitt County Recent Arrests does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages Sent to Us
If you email us or submit a contact message, we retain the message and contact details as needed to answer. We do not share that correspondence outside our organization unless the law requires disclosure.

Links may lead to sheriff and corrections pages, custody locators, booking or court resources, government portals, and independent search tools. After a visitor leaves this site, the destination's privacy terms govern any information submitted there.
Advertising companies may also measure activity across websites for interest-based ads. That tracking takes place through their systems and is subject to their policies.
